In the middle of summer, on horseback with mid-August, a dish that usually recalls winter is served in the Marche village: red and white polenta on a typical wooden board, accompanied by the typical meat of the territory.
It is a convivial tradition that we want to repeat even in this particularly difficult year due to the pandemic, trying to position the tables, usually attached, at the right distance from each other.
It is also possible to stroll among the numerous food and wine stands located along the main streets of the town.
